The Organization Development Certification Program is a comprehensive training program designed to equip participants with practical skills and knowledge to advance in the field of Organization Development. 

The program specializes in providing participants with the necessary expertise in organization diagnosis, gap identification, and intervention strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.

The course will be held offline for 5 days at Ashley Wahid Hasyim in Jakarta. Each day will focus on 2 topics with 3-hour sessions per topic, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. The final presentation day will be held on the last day, giving participants ample time to showcase their skills and knowledge. Interactive activities and guidelines will be provided during each session to ensure maximum engagement and learning.
